We are looking forward to meeting you!

Tech Lead – Head developer

You will have the head responsibility of coding and leading the platform development, incl. leading our developers. With us you get a rare opportunity to put your technical fingerprint on something at an early stage.

What we offer

We are pre-funding. Though it is highly likely we receive soft funding in the upcoming months, that will not be used for salaries. We offer: • Equity – you become part owner of what you build. o Amount will depend on your previous experience and hours a week you can work. o As equity involves a long-term collaboration, we will have a one-month trial period before we agree on the final ownership stake. • Real influence: You are part of shaping the product, the technology, and the team from the start. • Leadership experience early in your career - you lead our developers as the team grows.

What you will be building

We already have a framework, tech stack and are in the process of building an MVP. You will be building • The backend for a scalable social media platform. • Recommendation algorithms that prioritize relevance and quality over engagement. • Crawling algorithms for content selection and filtering. • User control, privacy as default, and data security. • Frontend (knowledge of frontend is a plus, but backend is the core).

Technical competencies needed

• Strong python skills. We are building the backend using FastAPI, which you need to be comfortable with, or curious to learn. • Comfortable with, or curious to learn, Flutter. • Interested in enhancing skills in and experimenting with crawling and scraping, recommendation algorithms, and moderation algorithms. • Experience with SQL, more specifically PostgreSQL.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in ethical technology and a desire to build something that actually makes a difference. • Independent and proactive: you drive the project forward; you don’t just complete tasks. • Other than coding you will: o Identify potential technical work that is relevant for the team and create and delegate tasks o Guide the team’s technical direction by working with our technical architect (CTO) and other developers o In collaboration with CTO, focus on the team’s productivity and review code o Advise on the technical direction • Location: At this stage we mainly do online work, but we prefer that you are in either Oslo, Copenhagen or Trondheim. o We already have offices in Copenhagen through Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE). We can pursue office space in Trondheim. • We are looking for someone who can work on average a minimum of 12 hours a week. That means you can, for example, work 6 hours one week and 18 hours another week. Outside our team meetings you are free to choose when and where you work. • Start: As soon as possible.

Software Developer – Intern

You will have responsibility for designing, coding, testing and debugging software in collaboration with our developers.

What we offer

• Real influence: You are part of shaping the product, the technology, and the team. • Building your Git portfolio and gaining recommendations from our CEO and CTO. • Responsibility early in your career. • Freedom: You choose where and when you work, except bi-weekly team meetings. It’s also up to you how many hours you want to work a week – this will be agreed upon when signing your contract. Lastly, when you are an intern we are especially mindful around exam periods so do not worry about this.

For us, finding the right person is much more important than where you live, since we can combine online work with travel. The founder is from Oslo and we have an office in Copenhagen – we will therefore be prioritizing applicants from Copenhagen, Oslo or Trondheim. • Start: As soon as possible.

Legal Intern

Your focus will lie on GDPR compliance and EU regulations.

What we offer

• Real influence: You are part of shaping the product, the technology, and the team. • Responsibility early in your career. • Gaining recommendations from our CEO and CTO. • Freedom: You choose where and when you work, except bi-weekly team meetings. Your responsibilities

• Drafting administrative law decisions in accordance with the GDPR and other EU regulations, as well as Norwegian or Danish law (depending on your location). • Advising on privacy policy, user policy, and other platform compliance • Various ad hoc legal tasks • As our legal intern, you will become part of an environment, where you will have the opportunity to work on issues relating to law within a field of great social and political significance.

What we are looking for

· You are at least in your second semester of your law degree and have an interest in GDPR and EU regulations. · You are a team player and not afraid to ask for help. · As the social media sector is complex, we do not expect you to know all the answers, so we need you to be curious and keen to learn new things. · Location: You are in the EU or Norway. We work mainly remotely at this stage, but if you are in Copenhagen, Oslo or Trondheim we can work in person too.

Are you our new secret weapon, but your position is not mentioned above?
